With two orders so far that I have had problems, one never arrived & second was faulty, only for total of $35. The first never arrived so I disputed with exporter, but they were adamant that it was shipped, with the tracking numbers,I searched, which seemed to be lost between China and New Zealand. Maybe lost in the mail?
The second order was for some cheapish MP3's, which arrived and plugged into my laptop, as per others I had received, this caused a shut down and some problems after rebooting, both the MP3's did the same thing with my desktop as well. My wife the computer Xpert stepped in and the same problem occured. The company was contacted but to no avail, in the rubbish they went.
Some of my friends now purchase from Aliexpress, and have enjoyed the product choice and prices that are offered, remember, you get what you pay for?
Here are some factors that I now check when making a purchase from companies.
1) Cheaper is not always good, pay a bit more.
2) Check the previous sales, also read the reviews.
3) Compare free shipping with others that charge for shipping, too see the price difference.
4) Check the price locally, easier to return if there is problem, more of a warranty in your home country. ( Have got some things cheaper in home country. ) Most bits are made, then the make is attached and the price goes up.
